Well, we’ve finally done it. Our very own studio and gallery, its taken two weeks of hard work with help from family and friends to create it, but finally we got to officially open it yesterday for the first time.We had someone who is very special to us to do the honour of cutting the ribbon and declaring it open. Keith Moss has been a personal inspiration to me and last year we had his support in the way of mentor-ship funded by Redcar & Cleveland Council. So to have him open our new studio and gallery seemed very fitting. I remember looking at Keith’s website and seeing a bride sat on a piano stool with a grand piano behind her and the chandelier above her, taken at Wynyard Hall. Still, even now it makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. That image inspired me to create the very best wedding photography I could and it still does!Keith’s mentorship enabled us to tweak things in our business to create the very best we could, he set us on a line in which we could develop our own business but in the right direction. So I would like to thank both Keith and Pat very much for ALL their continued support and friendship, not forgetting Kirsty’s Dad, Step mum, Uncle Dave, my mum and dad, Cashel and Sarah, Kirsty’s mum, Step Dad and Nana, everyone who helped paint, feed, clean, put up signs…… we couldn’t have done it with out all of you.THANK YOU!
