Who will be taking the photographs?
Stu is the main photographer, Kirsty is the second photographer and assistant, if you require makeup we work with Gilly or Hayley which are our make up artists.
What makes us different from other photographers?
Well, we like the client to control what they want covering and in what style and How they want the images presenting, after all it’s your image so why should we tell you what you can and can’t do? We like to offer a very flexible and personal service.
What variety of commercial packages do you offer and at what price?
We quote individually for each job as we arrange the packages around what you want.
Are there any hidden extras?
NO! – Simple as that!
When and how do we pay?
You can either pay by BACS, cheque or cash, a deposit is required and full payment must be made 30 days before the photo shoot
How long will it take?
Well that depends on the brief, but we work to any deadline or timescale
How will I be able to view my proofs and when?
We offer a private online gallery for you with a specific web address of your own too. These are usually up 48 hours after the job is complete.
Who selects the images?
You – it’s your images so you choose. Unless you have purchased them all on a CD
How long do I have to make my selection?
We give you 30 days to choose your images, this way there is no delay in getting your images produced.
Can we order more images ? If so how much?
This will be outlined in detail in the brief discussed by both you and us.
How long will it take for our images to be delivered?
This time spam will be chosen by you!
Do you have public liability and indemnity insurance?
Yes we do!
